Six financial companies were fined, the NBU

The National Bank of Ukraine applied measures of influence in the form of a penalty (fine) to six financial companies for late submission of reports to the regulator for the third quarter/nine months of 2022.

Fines have been imposed on:

  • LLC “FINANCIAL COMPANY “PROFIT LINE” (IDRPOU 40097472);
  • LLC “ZEIMER” (YEDRPOU 42146903);
  • LLC “FINANCIAL COMPANY “ELIT FINANCE” (YEDRPOU 40340222);
  • PRIVATE LIMITED “SEMPRE SYSTEM FINANCE” (EDRPOU 39001724);
  • LLC “FINANCIAL COMPANY “MODERN CALCULATION SYSTEMS” (EUDRPOU 38909619);
  • LLC “FINANCIAL COMPANY “CERERA” (EDRPOU 42722679).

Decisions on the application of influence measures were adopted on February 23, 2023 based on the results of on-site supervision of non-banking financial services markets and will take effect from February 24, 2023.

Financial institutions must pay the fine within seven working days from the date of receipt of the relevant decision of the regulator on the imposition of the fine.
