The classic red and white dress was replaced by a blue suit with pants. A photo of the character in a new outfit was published in Twitter Disneyland, where the majority of supporters are outraged by the news in the comments.
The new look was designed by Stella McCartney in honor of the 30th anniversary of Disneyland Paris. For the first time in the new outfit, we will be able to see Minnie in a Paris theme park in March 2022, on the eve of “Women’s History Month”.
“Minnie has always had a special place in my heart. I like the fact that she is the embodiment of happiness, self-expression, authenticity and inspires people of all ages around the world,” said the designer herself.
