At the same time, the register of declarations must be closed for another year. 329 People’s Deputies voted in favor.

September 12 Zelenskyi promised the law on e-declaration. He noted that the declarations should be opened immediately, not after a year. On the same day, he submitted his proposals to the parliament.

Zelensky, in particular, proposed establishing that temporarily, for the period until martial law is terminated or abolished, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption should provide open 24-hour access to the Unified State Register of Declarations, but “taking into account specifics.” The mass media wrote that declarations submitted, in particular, by servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection, the State Security Department, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations will not be displayed in public access. Also, the declarations of special police officers who are involved in hostilities during martial law, as well as wounded, captured, peacekeepers, and persons who are in temporarily occupied territories will not be displayed.
