“The Council supported the exclusion of two fugitive deputies from the committees. Odarchenko should be excluded from the anti-corruption committee, Dmytrouk should be excluded from the law enforcement committee”, – wrote Zheleznyak in the Telegram channel on Thursday.
He informed that 245 deputies voted for it.
As reported, on September 19, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine announced a national and international wanted list for Odarchenko, who is accused of providing an illegal benefit to the ex-head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure, Mustafa Nayem. According to operational data, the people’s deputy went abroad. The Verkhovna Rada did not grant Odarchenko any permission to cross the state border.
Dmytrouk, who illegally left the territory of Ukraine, is suspected of attacks on a serviceman and a law enforcement officer. The People’s Deputy was summoned to the State Bureau of Investigation for investigative and procedural actions on August 29 and 30, but he did not appear. The Prosecutor General’s Office appealed to a number of countries with a request for the detention, temporary arrest and subsequent extradition of Dmytrouk, after which the deputy was detained by law enforcement officers abroad. The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv chose Dmytruk in absentia as a preventive measure in the form of detention.
