The National Bank of Ukraine revoked the license of FC “ROSHEN-FINANCE” LLC (EDRPOU 44383474) for the provision of financial services, namely for the provision of factoring services.
This non-banking financial institution has not provided any financial service under the relevant license within 12 months from the date of its receipt.
This decision was adopted by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on December 26, 2022.
We will remind, according to paragraph 9 of the first part of Article 381 of the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets” and Subitem 6 of Clause 519 of Chapter 65 of Chapter XI of the Provisions on Licensing and Registration of Financial Services Providers and the Conditions of Their Conducting Financial Services Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 12.24.2021 No. 153 (as amended), the National Bank has the right to make a decision on the cancellation of a license issued to a non-banking financial institution or a person who is not a financial institution, but has the right to provide certain financial services, in particular, on the grounds of failure to provide a non-banking financial institution or a person who is not is a financial institution, but has the right to provide certain financial services, no financial service within a year from the date of obtaining a license.
