The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, has a joint construction business with Vadym Stolar, elected from the banned OPZZH party. Before the full-scale war, his partner was Putin’s godfather Viktor Medvedchuk. About this reported People’s Deputy Geo Leros.
According to the politician, the decision not to release Stolar from the country seems to be related to Yermak’s demand to transfer the share in the business to Andriy Kolyubayev, a friend of the head of the President’s Office. It is about construction companies ENSO and bUd development.
In 2020, the owners of these companies, Vadim Stolar, Vlada Molchanova, and Yurii Horovy, sold 60% of the businesses to Viktor Medvedchuk for $65 million. Later, 10-12% ended up in the hands of Artem Kolyuvayev. It was initiated by Medvedchuk at the end of 2020 “as part of the settlement of relations with Bankova”.
“According to the agreement with Andriy Yermak, they began to “partner” on three:
50% Medvedchuk, about 40% Stolar and 10-12% Kolyubaev (Yermak),” Leros writes.
Due to the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia and the exchange of Medvedchuk, his share in this business remained “unowned” and ended up completely under the management of Vadym Stolar.
“Andrii Yermak had a dilemma, because he is so powerful, and foreign delegations come to him every day, and not to Stolar, so he began to pressure Stolar to transfer Medvedchuk’s share to his pound Artem Kolyubaev, so to speak, to quit his yesterday’s business Medvedchuk’s partner and gain full control over these two companies,” the deputy’s post reads.
Leros reminded that during Yermak’s tenure, Kolyubaev headed the Council for State Support of Cinematography, is a co-owner of the “Ama Vizhn” production company, whose beneficiary was Yermak until February 25, 2020. In 2021, Kolyubayeva’s former Joint Victory Production LLC received state funding of UAH 25 million.
As the media reported, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, Vadym Stolar lived on the Cote d’Azur of France and became the subject of a journalistic investigation about VIP refugees.Monaco battalion“.
Stolar recently returned to Ukraine and attended the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on January 12. UP journalist Mykhailo Tkach reported, that on January 20 and 21 he again tried to leave Ukraine for Monaco, but was not released. With reference to sources at the DPSU, Tkach reported that Stolar was banned from leaving.
