In accordance with the requirements of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets”, the National Bank of Ukraine has approved the annual plan for inspections for 2023. Inspections are planned to be carried out in 24 insurance companies, 7 credit unions, three financial companies and one lessor.

The plan for inspections of non-bank financial services market participants for 2023 is based on a risk-oriented approach. The regulator also took into account the principle of proportionality in determining the intensity of supervisory actions and the criteria used to assess the degree of risk from the activities of non-bank financial services market participants, as well as their public importance.

Inspections are planned in 9 institutions in the 1st quarter:
