Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the citizen was informed of the suspicion of participation in a criminal assembly.
According to the investigation, a criminal authority and “thief in law” nicknamed “Polik” took part in a criminal gathering of persons who exercise criminal influence. At the meeting of the “thieves in law”, who are currently in custody, the issues of financial support and coordination of criminal activities, distribution of incomes obtained through criminal means were resolved. Spheres of criminal influence were also distributed, including the use of means of communication.
Currently, the question of selecting a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention without determining the amount of bail is being resolved.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine under the operational support of employees of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine.
