A working meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk began in Warsaw, during which the parties will discuss the continuation of defense cooperation, Ukrainian European integration, and sign a bilateral security agreement between Ukraine and Poland.
“The meeting of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland Donald Tusk began in Warsaw”, – reported in the Telegram channel of the President of Ukraine.
As noted, Zelenskyi and Tusk will meet face-to-face, as well as in an expanded composition with the participation of delegations. The leaders have scheduled negotiations on the continuation of defense cooperation, support of Ukraine on the way to European integration and expectations from the NATO summit, which will be held in Washington.
The parties will also discuss Poland’s participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine, the development of trade and humanitarian cooperation.
“Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Donald Tusk will sign an agreement on cooperation in the field of security between Ukraine and Poland, and will also talk with representatives of the mass media,” the message reads.
