The police of the Kherson region started a criminal investigation into the death of a mother and her two sons in Ponyativka.
We will remind you that yesterday, around 1:00 p.m., the enemy once again insidiously fired at the civilian population. In the village A woman and two children were killed in the Daryiv Territorial Community of Kherson District.
According to preliminary information, the fire was fired from mortars, but other methods of firing are not excluded. As a result of the shelling, a 39-year-old resident of Poniativka, as well as her 15- and 9-year-old sons, died in their yard.
An investigative and operational team and explosives technicians were working at the site of the shelling. Currently, the police of the Kherson Region have initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of laws and customs of war).
Urgent investigative actions are ongoing.
