The head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhiy Gaidai, commented on the information that the Russians may be preparing a new offensive against Ukraine. We are talking about an attack from the Luhansk region.
Serhii Gaidai said on the air of one of the TV channels that the Russian occupiers will finish their training in the near future.
“The rascals are clearly preparing for something on the Eastern Front in February… Next month, the two-month training course for new recruits is just ending. And this entire influx of many thousands can be distributed along the front.”
– said the head of OVA.
According to Serhii Gaidai, no one in Russia canceled the order by the occupiers to enter the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
What forces can attack again from the side of Luhansk region
The head of the Luhansk OVA explained that the quality of the Russian occupiers, like that of the personnel military, will not be there.
“This is an equally huge crowd of armed people who, in any case, have weapons. They shoot, they are supported by heavy equipment, tanks, and artillery. This is quite dangerous,” Gaidai explained.
However, he assured that the Ukrainian military on the front lines are highly motivated, ready to defend and maintain the defense. Serhii Gaidai noted that the Russian regime does not spare people: “They fill any positions with corpses. And so they can push somewhere (ZSU – UA2DAY) step by step”.
According to Gaidai, tens of thousands of their dead are of no interest to anyone in Russia. Moreover, the head of the Luhansk OVA said that:
- the occupiers gave the Gauleiter in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region an ultimatum: either Russia will withdraw to the administrative borders of the region by April 1, or there will be “personnel decisions”;
- the deportation of people from the occupied territories who live near the front line continues. After all, the Russians are afraid that people will pass on information about their location to the Armed Forces.
