The National Bank of Ukraine canceled licenses for the provision of financial services to six non-banking financial institutions based on applications received from them.
According to the received application, PT “LOMBARD “TRUST PLUS” MELNYK AND COMPANY” (EDRPOU 37906685) canceled the only existing license – for providing funds for loans, including on the terms of financial credit.
In addition, on the basis of the received applications, individual licenses were canceled:
- FC “LIGHT FINANCE” LLC (EDRPOU 39872035) – for the provision of financial leasing services;
- “FC POTOK” LLC (EDRPOU 44120908) – for the provision of financial leasing services;
- LLC “FC SMART FINANCE SOLUTIONS” (EDRPOU 43483150) – for the provision of financial leasing services;
- “KAPITAL BUSINESS GROUP” LLC (EDRPOU 39008619) – for the provision of financial leasing services; for lending funds, including on the terms of a financial loan;
- LLC “FK PARTNER” (EDRPOU 39013677) – for the provision of financial leasing services; for lending funds, including on the terms of a financial loan.
Such decisions were adopted by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on January 26, 2023.
