Career

In 2001, he worked at the Pravis law firm and as an assistant judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In 2004, he became a partner in the law firm Pukshin and partners (legal business of Ihor Pukshin, ex-deputy head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko ).

In 2007, he became the managing partner of the law firm Yuridychny radnyki (in 2009, the firm returned to its former name – Pukshin and partners).

In the same year, he took part in the parliamentary elections – as No. 93 on the electoral list of the Nasha Ukraine – People’s Self-Defense bloc. Represented the interests of the bloc and its informal leader – President Yushchenko – in the courts.

Since December 2007, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine ( Mykola Onishchuka ), ensured the implementation of state legal policy in the field of combating corruption.

In March 2010, he was appointed Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ( Anatoly Tolstoukhov ) – the government commissioner for anti-corruption policy. On February 7, 2011, the Cabinet of Ministers abolished this position.

Since July 2013, Andrii Bohdan was appointed the government commissioner for anti-corruption policy for the second time after the Cabinet of Ministers renewed the position of government commissioner for anti-corruption policy within the limits of the maximum number of employees of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
