Date:

Ukraine and the International Criminal Court signed a memorandum that will allow the ICC office to be opened in Ukraine in the near future. Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin stated this at the United for Justice conference on March 3, reports Gordon with reference to “Babel”.
According to him, the opening of an office in Ukraine will allow court prosecutors to more fully investigate international crimes committed during Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

In addition, Kostin believes that the International Center for Collecting Evidence of the Crime of Aggression in Ukraine will start working in the summer. This center is being created within the United International Group with the participation of Eurojust.
