Confectionery artists at the Higher Vocational School No. 33

Date:

In the Higher Vocational School No. 33 of Kyiv, the final stage of the educational and production process took place in the graduation group from the integrated profession “Cook; confectioner” – State qualification certification.

Education seekers who studied under the dual form presented their works to the State Qualification Commission. One and a half years of intense, sometimes even exhausting work brought positive results.

The commission, with the participation of representatives of enterprises – social partners, noted the high level of training and professional achievements of qualified workers.

The graduates confidently passed the test on professional and theoretical training, defended their creative works, answering the commission’s questions, and shared the acquired experience of working at the production sites of enterprises and the peculiarity of the organization of the work of restaurants in the period of martial law. Most of the products were made by hand with the help of special tools and devices, turning the confectioner’s profession into an art.

As of today, all those who have received an education have offers from employers and are ready to start work with the confidence that the restaurant industry will work at full capacity.

Specialists of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions teach and work with Ukraine at heart.
