Navigation of river, small, sports vessels, jet skis, and entertainment facilities on water bodies is prohibited in Kyiv.
Permits for the navigation of vessels, at the request of business entities, are granted by the Kyiv City Military Administration in agreement with the Command of the Group of Forces and Means of Defense of the City of Kyiv.
We will remind that there are no plans to open the beach season in the capital either: residents are advised to refrain from visiting beaches and recreation areas, as there are no shelters and storage facilities.
Accident prevention work on popular beaches will be carried out by the capital’s lifeguards, who are trained to rescue and provide all types of first aid to citizens.
In addition, KP “Pleso” is currently freeing the shores of the capital’s lakes from illegally installed temporary structures, in particular, the work has been completed in the “Molodizhny” beach area. And the shore around Lake Lebedyne is also being cleared.
