Dry port “Terminal Chornotysiv” became operational in Zakarpattia Oblast

A new multimodal terminal of “Terminal Chornotysiv” LLC has become operational on the territory of the Berehiv district of the Zakarpattia region. reported Viktor Mykyta, head of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration.

“Another new powerful enterprise has started its work in Transcarpathia. As part of a working trip to Beregivu Oblast, he visited “Terminal Chornotysiv” LLC, which functions as a new multimodal terminal – a so-called dry port,” he wrote on Facebook.

According to his information, the terminal has a good geographical location – near the border with Hungary and Romania. The production area of ​​the enterprise is 14.1 hectares. The total amount of investments made is about UAH 282 million. The main function of the enterprise is transshipment of agricultural products, oil and, in the future, petroleum products for further transportation to recipients in all corners of the world.

The head of the region noted that the company is actively expanding its production processes and intends to increase the volume of goods transshipment several times in 2025.

“This project is another confirmation of the high trust of business in state institutions in Transcarpathia and the favorable economic climate in the region,” summed up the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
