The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine informed about the application of hourly blackout schedules in the regions on November 24, noting that energy companies restored power to 39,000 subscribers.
“Over the past day, the power industry has restored power to 39,358 consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities,” – it is said in the department’s Telegram channel on Sunday, November 24.
Regarding the supply of electricity from abroad, the ministry reported: “For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Moldova with a total volume of 11,606 MW/h and a capacity of 711 MW are forecast.”
The Ministry of Energy also reminded that on November 17, the enemy inflicted another massive attack on electricity generation and transmission facilities in various regions of the country, as a result of which, today, November 24, hourly shutdown schedules are temporarily applied.
Current schedules are posted on the official resources of regional operators of the distribution system. At the same time, critical infrastructure enterprises, as well as enterprises that import more than 80% of electricity for their needs, will not be disconnected from the electricity supply.
