Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin – 1 kg
- Fat – 100 g
- Cranberries – a handful
- White dry wine – 100 ml
- Apple – 1 pc
Method of cooking
- Heat the oven to 180 C. Wash and dry the pork. Make deep transverse incisions with a sharp knife without cutting completely.
- Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into slices. Cut lard thinly.
- Put a piece of apple and lard in each cut, then put a few cranberries. Fasten the meat by piercing it with 3-4 bamboo skewers.
- Grease a baking dish with high sides with oil. Put the meat in a form. Salt and pepper to taste, pour oil. Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Pour a little wine and bake for another 15-20 minutes in convection mode.
