The National Bank of Ukraine applied measures of influence in the form of an obligation to take measures to eliminate the violation and the reasons that contributed to its commission, to eight providers of non-banking financial services.

- PT “SMILA-CREDIT-CENTER” LOMBARD KOSENKO AND COMPANY (EDRPOU 33278439);
- PT “LOMBARD “CREDITOR” LLC “JEWELER-INVEST” AND COMPANY” (YEDRPOU 38606701);
- LLC “VOLTER CAPITAL” (YEDRPOU 39923000);
- INVESTMENT-LEASING COMPANY “VERIDA UKRAINE” LLC (EDRPOU 41746568);
- LLC “ABV LEASING” (EDRPOU 43337385).
Impact measures were applied in connection with the failure to provide information and documents to fulfill the requirements of subparagraph 2, item 2, item 3 and item 91 Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated December 24, 2021 No. 153 “On the approval of the Regulation on licensing and registration of financial service providers and the conditions for their performance of financial services activities” (with amendments).
The specified providers of non-banking financial services are obliged to eliminate the violations by March 28, 2023.
Such decisions were made by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on February 27, 2023.
