The accused received a position in the so-called “Markiv District Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the People’s Republic of China”. The figure is issuing passports of the so-called “LNR” and the Russian Federation, in compliance with illegitimate legal acts implemented in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.

Currently, the indictment materials have been transferred to the Novomoskovsk and Synelnyk District Courts and the Pokrovsky District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region for consideration on the merits.

At the request of the prosecutors, a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen for the persons in absentia.
