US President Joseph Biden “strongly” condemns this “horrific attack”, which resulted in the death of more than 50 people, it is said in a statement published on the White House website.

“Earlier today, Russian missiles struck a military training center and a hospital in Ukraine, as a result of which more than 50 people died and dozens were injured. I condemn this terrible attack in the strongest possible terms,” ​​the message reads.

It is noted that this attack is a “tragic reminder of Putin’s long and outrageous” attempts to break the will of a free people. “But for two and a half years now, the people of Ukraine have stood firm.”

The President assured in his address that the United States will continue to stand by Ukraine, in particular “by providing air defense systems and capabilities necessary for the defense of their country.”
