Judge Vira Mykhaylenko headed the VAX

Date:

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine was headed by judge Vira Mykhaylenko.

As reported by the Anti-Corruption Center, the corresponding decision was made at the general meeting of judges on Tuesday.

“The previous several attempts were unsuccessful, and now VAKS finally got a full-fledged head of the court”, – it is said in the message.

It clarifies that from May 7, 2019 to May 6, 2022, Olena Tanasevych was the head of VAKS. After that, Oleg Pavlyshyn, who has the most experience as a judge, has been acting as chairman until now.

“We would like to add that on May 18, 2022, judge Oleksandr Semennikov was elected as the head of the Appeals Chamber of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He replaced Danyila Chornenka in this position,” the CPC noted.
