Businessman Elon Musk has filed a counterclaim against Twitter after a deal to buy the social network fell through. CNBC writes about it.
Musk ordered his lawyers to keep the content of the document secret, so it is not known what his claims against Twitter are. The trial will start on October 17 and will be held in an accelerated mode – it should be completed in five days.
