Shufrych’s family owns estates and apartments in Kyiv and the suburbs, as well as land, houses and apartments in Uzhhorod.

The publication BIHUS Info found out what fortunes, recorded on fictitious persons, are owned by Viktor Medvedchuk’s close associate, People’s Deputy Nestor Shufrych.

About this it is said in BIHUS Info.PauseUnmute investigation

“Medvedchuk’s close associate Nestor Shufrych is still at large, despite his pro-Russian views, the incident with photographing the checkpoint, the non-recognition of Russia as an aggressor and other things that should be alarming, but for some reason do not affect the politician. In addition to the fact that Shufrych still has a mandate, he also has thousands of square meters and hectares of land throughout the country, including Crimea,” the investigation says.

According to journalists, Shufrych’s family assets can be divided into two groups.

The first is personal, that is, where the owners are either Shufrych himself, or his wife or father, son or long-time parliamentary assistant Vyacheslav Cherepanya.

The second is corporate. Where the owners are companies, registered mostly to the same people.

In particular, the Shufrich family owns four estates in Koncha-Zaspa. This is more than 2,000 square meters of real estate, more than a hectare of land – property worth a quarter of a million hryvnias in Kozyna alone.

One of the estates on almost a hectare – with access to the water – is registered under a donation agreement. The estimated cost of the “gift” is UAH 120-130 million.

The second estate with an area of 358 square meters and 15 acres of land is registered to Shufrych’s wife Kateryna Maikova and her company.

The third estate is owned by the son of People’s Deputy Oleksandr and is located next to his father’s. The area of this estate is 300 square meters, and its value is about UAH 30 million.

The fourth estate belongs to the company created by Shufrych’s father. This company later ended up in the ownership of a Cypriot structure and woman Tetyana Skakun with a residence permit in the village of Harpachka, Vinnytsia region.

At the beginning of March, instead of Shufrych Sr., the Hungarian Gyorch Stofa joined the company.

In addition, in the center of Kyiv, Shufrych and his son have six apartments with an area of 430 square meters, the cost of which can reach UAH 130 million.

The people’s deputy’s family also owns land, apartments, and houses in Uzhhorod.

At the end of January 2014, Shufrych’s father became the owner of a 500-square-meter apartment in Odesa. m and two parking spaces. In July 2021, the son of the people’s deputy bought three parking spaces and two non-residential premises with an area of 630 square meters in the city.

In general, non-residential premises of Shufrychi can cost more than UAH 100 million.

The story also mentions that Shufrych’s father owns the “Butenko Stable” complex in the village of Protsiv, Kyiv region. Another part of the land and real estate is registered to the assistant of People’s Deputy Cherepan.

In general, Cherepanya is a co-owner of a number of agricultural companies that lease and cultivate thousands of plots of land in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Lviv regions.

Hunting grounds in Zakarpattia, Sumy regions and in the middle of a protected zone in Kyiv region are also connected with Shufrych.

In addition, one of the most famous assets in which Shufrych appears is “Kyiv River Port”.

Among the shareholders of “Kyiv River Port” is the Hungarian company St George Residence, which belongs to the family of the already mentioned Shtofa.

Shufrych also has an estate in the temporarily occupied Crimea, it is located near Medvedchuk’s estate.
