NABU told that one of the co -founders of the Society in the field of land valuation in 2023 put forward a deputy of the Cherkasy regional council to give a bribe for determining the unaware of the assessment of the desired plot. In case of refusal, he threatened to greatly overestimate the grade.

“Instead of notifying the competent authorities of demanding illegal benefit, the deputy agreed and transferred the required amount to the bank card of another co -founder of the company, which transferred 50% of the partner and left the rest,” the department said.

The company prepared a report with an unpaved monetary valuation of the land and provided a positive review of it. Similar land “services” were provided by the Society co -founders systematically.
