However, it is interesting that the whole story took place during a full -scale invasion and in the interests of the odious people’s deputy from Prohibited in Ukraine “POZH” – Nestor Shufrich. Yes, the same Shufrich who is already more than 2 years is in a pre -trial detention center and is accused of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code – In state betrayal. However, as it turns out, nor stay in the detention center or no prosecution under the “execution article” do not interfere with Nestor Ivanovich and his team to participate in the arrogant theft of valuable state lands.
So, this story began in 2008, when the Obukhov Regional State Administration was managed was convicted of land deribans for 4 years of imprisonment.

But this was not enough for the head of the Obukhov Regional State Administration Ostrinsky VK, his divisors and beneficiaries.
By order of the Obukhiv Regional State Administration №1359 of 26.08.2008 on approval of the project of land management and transfer to the property to 19-citizens for the conduct of personal peasant economy of land plots with a total area of 37 hectares within the administrative boundaries of the Ukrainian city council of Obukhiv district of Kyiv region. 09/30/2008 and 03.10.2008 by the Obukhov District Division of the CCF “Center of the SFC” in the name of 19 citizens were issued state acts on ownership of land plots of water fund and recreational purpose with a total area of 37 hectares in the adjacent territory water surface.
It is because of the illegal actions that the verdict of the Kagarlytsky District Court of 27.01.2014 (KP № 1-86/12p) Ostrinsky V.K. and his first deputy was found guilty of committing a crime under Art. 367 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Regarding the head of the land resources department of Obukhov district, the case was closed in connection with the death of the latter.
Subsequently, the illegally allocated land plots were alienated in favor of other persons (pantines).
The real beneficiary of all these lands was discovered later.
He turned out to be Shufrich Ivan Yuliyovich05/33/1940, which lived in Tyachiv, Transcarpathian region and found its intention in 2013 (at the age of 73 years) to engage in peasant farms in the territory of the Ukrainian city council of Obukhov district on the land plots of water fund with a total area of 40 hectares. Yes, the same Ivan Yuliyovich is the father of the same Shufrich Nestor Ivanovich.
However, Ivan Yuliyovich has already died, so we will not write anything about him, but we will focus on the inaction of the authorities and “talents” of Shufrich, who allowed him to illegally take possession of the above areas and consolidate the right to possess already during the war and stay in the detention center.
