  • a pinch of smoked paprika;
  • a pinch of dried onions;
  • salt and pepper.

The oven is pre -heated to 220C/200 convection/gas 7. Then wash the potatoes well and dry it.

In a bowl in which you will marinate the vegetables, mix mayonnaise and seasonings to a homogeneous consistency. Add the potatoes and mix evenly.

Put the vegetables with a flat layer on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are soft-it should be easy to pierce with a fork.

Turn on the oven on the grill mode and watch carefully. Prepare for the formation of crispy crust. It is important not to overcome or burn. Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Using a slurry, transfer the vegetables to a serving dish or directly to the plates.
