Recipe for stewed lamb UA2DAY

I can say with confidence that not everyone has tried to cook lamb, as it requires a special approach. But right prepared stewed lamb cannot be compared to any other meat in terms of taste. And believe me, your guests will appreciate your efforts.

Ingredients for stewed lamb:

  1. Lamb on the bone – 500 gr.
  2. Onions – 150 gr.
  3. Tomatoes (fresh or in their own juice) – 300 gr.
  4. Garlic – 3 cloves
  5. Wine (red) – 100 ml
  6. Ground black pepper
  7. Salt
  8. Green
  9. Vegetable oil

Inventory:

  1. Frying pan
  2. Cutting board
  3. A kitchen knife
  4. Blender
  5. Spoon
  6. Serving dish

Preparation of lamb stew:

Step 1: Prepare vegetables and meat

First of all, you need to clean the onion and garlic, and then finely chop them.

Peel the tomatoes (I have them in my own juice) and grind them in a blender.

Wash the mutton well under running water and cut into pieces.


Step 2: Fry the lamb with vegetables

We put a deep frying pan on medium heat to warm up, pour vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic to transparency.

Next, add meat, salt, pepper and fry on both sides, approx in 7 minutes from each Pour in red wine, stir and simmer until it almost evaporates (10 minutes).


Step 3: Stew the lamb
