At night, from April 8 to 9, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia. The enemy was hit by two S-300 missiles in the residential sector of the regional center. As a result of the hits in one of the private houses, a child and her father were killed, and the mother was seriously injured.
The first missile strike occurred at 01:47, less than a minute later another missile struck nearby.
A 46-year-old woman was rescued from the rubble. And her 50-year-old husband and 11-year-old youngest daughter died. Another person received first aid on the spot.
According to preliminary information, three people lived in the destroyed house. Debris clearance was completed at 8:00 a.m.
Currently, the affected street is disconnected from gas and electricity. All relevant services are on site. There are two utility buses where people can stay warm and drink hot drinks.
