NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi on Wednesday in Brussels.
A NATO representative informed the Interfax-Ukraine agency about this on Monday in Brussels. He also did not rule out that other leaders of the European Union countries may join this meeting, since the next day, Thursday, December 19, a meeting of the European Council will be held, to which Zelenskyi has also been invited.
“The General Secretary will meet with President Zelenskyi on Wednesday. Some European leaders are in Brussels for a meeting of the European Council, and some of them may join to discuss further support for Ukraine, including air defense,” the NATO representative said.
