The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched an experimental project of the Unified Housing and Communal Services Platform (UHP), Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced.

“We are taking an important step towards streamlining housing and communal services. We are launching an experimental project of the Unified Housing Housing Platform. The system will automate processes, provide accessible and convenient services, improve customer accounting, and enable better control of the quality of services,” Shmyhal said at the government meeting on Tuesday.

According to him, users will have an electronic cabinet and will be able to get all information about managers, service providers, prices and tariffs, the results of consideration of their appeals, and will also be able to conclude or terminate a contract online.

The Prime Minister noted that the platform will be integrated with other information systems, which will ensure data exchange.

“We expect that as many communities as possible will join the implementation of this project,” he concluded.
