The court obliged to enter into the ERDR information about criminal offenses by NBU officials – the EU Party

Date:

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv granted the complaint of co -chairman of the European Solidarity Parliamentary faction Arthur Gerasimov on the inaction of the National Police Authorized Representatives, who did not provide information on criminal offenses by officials of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

“Just from the Pechersk court, where our complaint was considered that the police did not open criminal proceedings on the obstruction of legitimate parliamentary activity during the visit of the European Solidarity team to the National Bank at the end of April… The NBU made a decision on the closed -in -law. Together with the lawyer Ilya Novikov, for two hours, they drove the National Bank’s premises, but they did not find anyone from the leadership for urgent reception – as the law on the status of People’s Deputy requires, ”he wrote Gerasimov on his Facebook page.

He recalled that on the same day a statement was written to the police about the criminal offense of the NBU officials.

“The authorities have tried to go down the brakes. But for the first time in the last 6 years, we have managed to win the case in the Pechersk Court. And now the National Police is obliged to open an investigation into a crime in the NBU. Therefore, we continue to fight for the fairness and support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the co -chair summarizes.
