On Thursday, March 16, a partial blackout was applied in the capital. This applies to Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Solomyanskyi districts.
Stabilization shutdowns were introduced due to existing damage to the power system.
“Energy facilities cannot transmit energy, which at the moment is necessary for all residents of these areas, and there is overloading of power grids,” the press service of DTEK said in a statement.
