A wave-shaped bridge should connect Natalka Park and Obolonsky Island.
Despite the wartime, Kyiv not only heals wounds after shelling, but also renews itself.
In particular, this year, a 160-meter pedestrian bridge-wave will be completed in the capital, which will connect Obolonsky Island and Natalka Park.
As the communications director of the SCM (System Capital Management) company, Nataliya Yemchenko, reported:
“Almost 300 tons of metal for the bridge we (Metinvest) were produced at Azovstal in 2021 and 2022. That is, this bridge is made of steel #Azovstal #symbol of invincibility“.
Ms. Yemchenko said on her Facebook page that the metal had managed to be made and removed from the Metinvest Group plant on the eve of a full-scale invasion.
“For me, this bridge will definitely become a bridge between Kyiv and Mariupol. And a symbol of the de-occupation of the city of Maria and the revival of Azovstal,” said the SCM communications director.
