The President of Ukraine signed a decree on the provision of humanitarian aid to the Czech Republic

Ukraine will provide humanitarian aid to the Czech Republic to overcome the consequences of the flood. Decree it was signed by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi on October 7.

The document does not specify the amount of possible aid, the Cabinet of Ministers is entrusted with providing humanitarian aid to the Czech Republic.

As reported, in mid-September, as a result of the downpours caused by the storm “Boris”, part of the Czech Republic was covered by floods. In some regions on the border with Poland, the flow of water even washed away houses. As of September 16, eight people were considered dead due to the elements, and thousands of people were evacuated.
