Russia installed a pro-Russian government in Georgia and is on the way to do the same in Moldova, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said.
“It must be admitted that Russia has won in Georgia today. First, they seized part of Georgia, then they changed their policy, changed their government, and now they have a pro-Russian government, pro-Russian positions… Regarding Moldova. You will see that Russia is going in the same direction,” Zelenskyy said in an interview for mass media of Northern Europe.
The president added that the Russian Federation will do the same to Moldova if “the West does not stop dialogues about crossing red lines”, if such rhetoric is continued – they will “lose Moldova in one or two years”.
