The Ukrainian company concluded a landmark agreement in the UAE.

So, on February 22, 2022, after long-term negotiations and in the conditions of a difficult political situation in the world, the Ukrainian company “New solutions. Mediator1, specializing in the provision of services in the fields of economic security, consulting and debt activities, concluded an extremely profitable contract with the leading legal consortium of the United Arab Emirates – Mohammed Al Hashimi Advocates and Legal Consultants Establishment.

According to the terms of the above agreement, the parties have agreed on joint activities to serve a significant number of clients. From now on, entrepreneurs from the post-Soviet space can get high-quality legal, advisory, and security assistance in the UAE, and in turn, Arab businessmen have a reliable partner who is able to effectively protect their interests on the territory of the former Soviet Union, and in particular, in Ukraine.

From a practical point of view, this agreement is extremely useful. Thus, for domestic fraudsters-intellectuals, all kinds of pseudo-investors, owners of financial pyramids and hackers, the UAE ceased to be a “quiet haven” in which they waited out the consequences of their crimes. They will be found, and mediation procedures will be conducted. Similarly, the concluded agreement envisages carrying out appropriate work on mutual protection of Arab and domestic investments, prevention of fraud on both sides. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
