The National Bank of Ukraine renewed the licenses of one financial company and one lessor, while canceling the licenses of four financial companies.
Regarding license renewal
“PROF-AGRO-TRANS” LLC (EDRPOU 42039339) and “OSNOVA INVESTMENT-FINANCIAL COMPANY” LLC (EDRPOU 43578823) have had their licenses renewed. We will remind August 26 and December 26 In 2022, a measure of influence in the form of a temporary suspension of licenses was applied to these institutions.
To date, the violations have been eliminated, so the National Bank has renewed the licenses for providing financial services to PROF-AGRO-TRANS LLC and INVESTMENT-FINANCIAL COMPANY “OSNOVA” LLC.
Regarding cancellation of licenses
LLC “FINANCE UNIVERSAL” (EDRPOU 41272447) has had its license for the provision of financial services revoked. The specified financial company did not eliminate the violation of license conditions and did not submit a report to the National Bank.

LLC “FINANCIAL COMPANY “VANGARD-DS” (EUDPO 41903858) and LLC “SOLFIN” (EUDPO 42237445) have had their licenses for the provision of financial services revoked. The specified institutions did not eliminate the violation of license conditions.
We will remind December 26 In 2022, measures of influence in the form of temporary suspension of licenses were applied to companies. These financial companies practically do not communicate with the regulator and do not provide information to the requirements of the National Bank.
“IZI FINANCE” LLC (EDRPOU 40224607) has had its license to provide guarantees revoked. December 19 In 2022, the National Bank temporarily suspended the said institution’s license to provide guarantees and obliged the company to eliminate the violations by January 20, 2023.
The basis for the decision to suspend the license was non-compliance with the standard of maximum risk per person or related persons (K2) and the standard of liquidity reserve (K3). The violation was not eliminated, so LLC “IZI FINANCE” has had its license to provide guarantees revoked.
Such decisions were made by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on February 13, 2023. The decision comes into force on February 14, 2023.
