Ukrainian cinema was nominated for an Oscar

The documentary film “House of Chips” was nominated for an Oscar.

This is the first time in history that a documentary film from Ukraine has a chance for this award. The tape “House of Chips” was chosen from over a hundred others, and the team that worked on the film will be invited to the Oscars in Los Angeles.

By the way, the Ukrainian team created a documentary together with Denmark, Sweden and Finland. “House of Chips” was filmed in Donbas for more than two years. The heroes of the film are the children and educators of the Lysychan Center for Social and Psychological Assistance. And the plot is real stories from their lives.
