An attempt to seize land in Kyiv: the People’s Deputy from OPZZ was released on a bail of 6 million.

The higher anti-corruption court chose for the suspect in an attempt to seize 8 hectares of land in Kyiv a people’s deputy from the banned OPZZH Dmytro Isaenko preventive measure in the form of a bail of 6 million hryvnias.

Details: On Thursday, April 13, the investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure in the form of bail on the deputy. The amount of the deposit is 6 million 12 thousand 160 UAH. People’s deputies are also assigned a number of duties. The term of office is until May 10, 2023.

Thus, VAKS satisfied the request of the prosecutors in part (SAP asked for a bail of 224 million hryvnias).

The notice of the SAP stated that the prosecutor does not agree with the specified court decision regarding the amount of bail and will appeal it.

What preceded: NABU suspected Isaenko of an attempt to illegally take over the land and property of the State Building Complex. Bureau released part of the evidence.

For reference: Isaenko became a deputy in 2019. He entered the parliament from the “Opposition Platform – For Life”.
