Kiyans are encouraged to join the charity library project to collect books for the elderly

The bookshop “Syaivo knygi” has initiated a charitable project-library called “One word”, within the framework of which visitors can leave a gift of a book for the most adult readers.

“The city municipal bookstore “Syaivo knygi” invites Kyiv residents to join the charity project-library “One word” and leave a book gift for the most adult visitors. The project contains an exclusive selection of bestsellers, which the team of the bookstore “Syaivo knygi” carefully selects for the oldest readers,” – specified in KMDA.

In particular, elderly people can come to the “Light of Books” bookstore and choose a book of their choice for reading at home among the offered books on special shelves for free, and then return it and choose a new one.

In turn, every willing visitor to the bookstore can buy a book with a 20% discount and give it to employees for the “One word” project. For participating in the charity event, the bookstore will give the donor a 10% discount on the next purchase. Used old books do not participate in the project.

As reported, the capital bookstore “Light of the book” collects things for the military in the hospital near Bakhmut.
