The National Bank of Ukraine revoked the licenses of six non-banking financial institutions, excluded 11 non-banking financial services market participants from the State Register of Financial Institutions, and removed two from the Register of persons who are not financial institutions but have the right to provide separate financial services.
Of cancellation of licenses
Based on their own statements, all existing licenses were canceled:
- “CENTROCREDIT” LLC (EDRPOU 41053106);
- LLC “FC “LIGHT FINANCE” (EDRPOU 39872035);
- “INTERFIN COMPANY” LLC (EDRPOU 42022566);
- LLC “FC “VOLLET” (EDRPOU 41336730);
- LLC “FK FACTORING INVEST” (EDRPOU 43324402);
- “AGROTEK” LLC (EDRPOU 32232765).
Regarding exclusion from registers
Based on the submitted documents, CENTROCREDIT LLC, LIGHT FINANCE LLC, INTERFIN COMPANY LLC, VOLLET LLC, FACTORING INVEST LLC, FC FACTORING INVEST LLC were excluded from the State Register of Financial Institutions, and AGROTEC LLC – from the Register of Persons. which are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide certain financial services.
At the same time, six non-banking financial institutions were excluded from the State Register of Financial Institutions and one non-banking institution was excluded from the Register of persons who are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services in connection with the adoption by the National Bank of Ukraine of a decision on annulment (revocation) in these of non-banking institutions of all available licenses for the provision of financial services*.

- LLC “FC “VANGARD-DS” (EDRPOU 41903858);
- FC “AMBER” LLC (EDRPOU 40889885).
“INTERAGROLISING” LLC (YEDRPOU 34351231) is excluded from the Register of persons who are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services.
Such decisions were made by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on February 23, 2023.

*In accordance with subsection 4 of clause 560 of chapter 68 of chapter XI of the Regulation on licensing and registration of financial service providers and the conditions for their performance of activities in the provision of financial services, approved by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated December 24, 2021 No. 153 (as amended), one of the grounds for exclusion of a financial services provider from the State Register of Financial Institutions/Register of Persons who are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services, is the adoption by the National Bank of Ukraine of a decision to cancel (revoke) all licenses/the last of the financial services provider’s operating licenses financial services activities.
