Suspicion has been announced for the member of the Kyiv City Council, Yaryna Aryeva, who, under the influence of drugs, hit a woman at the crossing

Date:

The law enforcement officers informed about the suspicion of a member of the Kyiv City Council from “European Solidarity” in committing a traffic accident with serious consequences while under the influence of drugs.

This is reported by Kyivska city prosecutor’s officewithout naming the name of the suspect.

The accident occurred on November 27, 2022, in the Obolon district of the capital. The investigation established that the suspect, driving a Volkswagen Polo in a state of drug intoxication, was moving along Stepan Bandera Avenue in the direction of Bogatyrska Street. Approaching an unregulated pedestrian crossing, the woman failed to assess the change in road conditions and ran into a female pedestrian, causing her serious injuries. As a result of the accident, the victim received fractures of the clavicle and jaw with traumatic extraction of teeth, fractures of limbs, closed craniocerebral trauma and other injuries.

On May 23, 2023, the court ordered the suspect to be placed under house arrest from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for a period of 2 months. It is noted that the prosecutor’s office will appeal against it.

The deputy herself faces from 3 to 8 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 5 to 8 years.

Although the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office does not name the deputy, according to a well-known public activist, the military Oleg Simoroz, then we are talking about the deputy from “European Solidarity” – Yaryna Aryeva. Next, let’s quote O. Simoroz’s message from his personal page on the social network:

“22-year-old Yaryna Aryeva, deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the European Solidarity faction, hid from the voters for six months her participation in a traffic accident with serious consequences, which, according to the investigation, she committed while under the influence of drugs.

The accident happened on November 27, 2022 in the capital’s Obolon district.

According to the conclusions of the experts, the cause of the traffic accident is the suspect’s gross violation of the traffic rules. The daughter of Volodymyr, a People’s Deputy from the “European Solidarity” party Aryeva hit a woman at a pedestrian crossing, causing her serious injuries.

That is, she will be able to continue to calmly attend sessions of the Kyiv City Council and vote for criminal decisions! The prosecutor’s office does not agree with this decision and will appeal it, which they announced today, and that’s the only way the people could finally learn about the success of this poor deputy.

Aryeva and her father were silent about this event for six months, and the “EU” party and their faction were silent. Moreover, after being suspected of committing a criminal offense while under the influence of drugs, Aryeva continued to attend sessions of the Kyiv City Council and vote for the budget and land deriban.

For example, on April 20, 2023, this person voted for the destruction of the green zone on the Obolonskaya Embankment – on Pryrichnaya Street – and the construction of a huge three-level parking lot there for 120 million from the budget during a full-scale war for the future major Klitschko handels. Maybe she wanted to prove to her father that she was able to “solve” her own case, and for that she fruitfully pressed the green button?

Aryeva kept silent and pretended that nothing had happened in order to hide her crime. But from the investigation materials, it became known that she, while driving a Volkswagen Polo car, driving along Stepan Bandera Avenue in the direction of Bogatyrska Street, ran over a female pedestrian, causing her serious injuries.

The sanction of part 2 of Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for Aryeva from 3 to 8 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 5 to 8 years. And as the deputy has already informed, she is already conducting “negotiations” with the victim to close this case.

By the way, it says a lot about this deputy that she commented on this event only today, after the prosecutor’s office wrote about it, and when a public scandal broke out! Most of the politicians in the European Union, about which her father talks so much, would go to a press conference immediately after such an accident!

But I believe in the power of Facebook and will try to contact the victim.

Dear lady, do not take money from this family, bring the matter to a real deadline! This corrupt major should have been imprisoned long ago for her criminal votes in the Kyiv City Council, but it is not known when that will happen and they feel their impunity. That’s why PR is done in war, that’s why people are knocked down at crossings. Please think over my words and do justice!

And I simply despise Ms. Aryeva. Make a mandate, dad’s joy!

Well, in the place of the “servants”, I would not be very angry about this situation, because your deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Vladik Trubitsyn, has fled abroad under the suspicion of NABU, and you are absolutely the same. But more on that later.”

The post also mentions the father of the suspect – People’s Deputy, fighter for truth, democrat from the “EU” – Volodymyr Aryev…
