US President Joseph Biden says he will maintain a coalition of states to support Ukraine and counter Russia, as well as strengthen NATO and strengthen alliances in the Pacific region.
American president spoke on Wednesday evening from the Oval Office of the White House with a video message to the American people about his decision to withdraw from the US presidential race.
Biden said that the United States will continue to “ensure the unity of the coalition of proud countries” in order to prevent Russia from winning the conflict.
“We will continue to strengthen NATO, I will make it more powerful and united than at any time in our history,” the president said.
“I will do the same for allies in the Pacific region,” he added.
