In the sky over Bakhmut, Donetsk region, servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine shot down a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft.
As reported by Ukrinform, the State Security Service reported this in Telegram.
“The enemy attack aircraft covered the infantry advancing on the defense line of the defenders from the air. MANPADS of one of the border units opened fire and shot down a Russian combat aircraft, previously a Su-25. The plane caught fire after being hit by a missile and fell, the fate of the pilot is currently unknown,” the DPSU said.
