However, there is a more complicated but interesting way of cooking potatoes.

Not everyone knows that with the help of ordinary chicken eggs, you can make a harmful dish more balanced and healthy. Fried potatoes are carbohydrates with fats.

Of course, you cannot eat such a dish on a regular basis, as it has a bad effect on the cardiovascular system.

But chicken eggs add protein to fried potatoes.

How to enter the product correctly

The potatoes should be almost ready. First, it is fried on both sides over high heat to give it an appetizing crust. Then cook for about twenty minutes over moderate heat.

Then add spices and salt.

The process ends with the introduction of two eggs, beaten to a homogeneous mass. It is necessary to reduce the fire to minimum indicators and use a lid.

It will take another 10 minutes to cook the dish.
