On March 23, unknown persons damaged Prosanov’s car in front of the owner and threatened him and his wife with violence. They demanded that he erase the inscription. The police, who arrived at the scene, also advised to abandon the inscription. Again, the protocol was not drawn up for the scientist. However, the police said that next time they might not arrive on time because they only have two crews.
