After the release of the special episode “Return to Hogwarts”, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the movie “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”, fans noticed the movie glitches. Viewers suspected that one of the main characters, Rupert Grint, was not actually present at the filming of the film. The other day, these assumptions were confirmed.
Director Caitlin Cronenberg said that the scenes with the actor were actually shot in another city. It turned out that Rupert was unable to come to London, so he was filmed in Toronto, where he was involved in another project. The artist was added to the frame during editing.
We will remind, in the retrospective issue, the actors of the film shared their memories of filming the magical saga. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint took part in the project.
“It was an incredible journey. Since its debut, the film has grown into a wonderful interconnected universe, and it’s been magical to say the least,” Warner Bros. producer and president Tom Asheim previously commented on the film.
