The prosecutor’s office accepted the suspect for the murder of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 6th convocation from the All-Ukrainian Association “Freedom”, former teacher of the Lviv Polytechnic University Iryna Farion and will insist on the arrest without alternative for the suspect.
“The notification of suspicion, part 1, p. 115 of the Criminal Code (intentional murder). A petition was submitted to the Galician Court of Lviv to choose a preventive measure in the form of non-alternative arrest”, – said Deputy Prosecutor General Anton Voytenko at a briefing in Lviv on Friday.
